The 2024 National Day Gala for Chinese students in the Philippines to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival was held in Manila
On September 24, the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines held a celebration in Manila to mark the 2024 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day for Chinese students studying in the country. The event attracted over 400 attendees, including diplomats from the embassy, student representatives, and faculty and students from the Confucius Institute.
In his remarks, Ambassador Huang Xilian highlighted the significant achievements of New China over the past 75 years. He encouraged the students to pursue their studies with dedication and to actively engage in their communities, emphasizing the importance of becoming contributors to national development and rejuvenation.
